Operational coverage focused on the AP and accounting departments, with the accounting lead involved in inventory adjustments, monitoring and resolving open purchase order issues, and validating end to end invoice to ledger flows. SharePoint Lists were created and administered as data sources for Power Apps, and SQL Server Reporting Services was used to produce and modify application reports for the Power Apps. Active Directory and SharePoint based access controls were used to provision user access across the company. Governance and operational ownership included documenting requirements with stakeholders and partnering with People Insights and People Analytics on core dashboards, with a dedicated BI Developer and Analyst responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions.
