| Impresoft Group | Legacy | Impresoft NET@PRO | Manufacturing Execution System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2024 | 2024 |
In 2024 Profiltuobi implemented Impresoft NET@PRO as its Manufacturing Execution System to target manufacturing operations and plant-level productivity improvements. The implementation was positioned to support production scheduling, shop-floor data collection, real-time production monitoring, quality tracking, and traceability across Profiltuobi’s Italian production site, aligning system configuration with operational goals to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve plant efficiency.
Configuration centered on core MES functional modules within Impresoft NET@PRO, including production order execution, shift-level data capture, nonconformance and quality workflows, and operational reporting. Module usage beyond the MES core is inferred from the broader NET@PRO suite, and the implementation narrative aligns with standard MES capabilities such as inventory visibility, maintenance scheduling support, and production performance monitoring where appropriate for manufacturing operations.
Operational scope covered plant operations and production teams, with the system configured to instrument operator workstations, capture shop-floor events, and generate production reports for operations and maintenance functions. Governance changes focused on embedding shop-floor workflows and production reporting into standard operating procedures, enabling consistent data capture and traceability to support the company’s stated objectives for productivity, cost reduction, and plant efficiency.
