In 2013, Profipet implemented TotalSoft Charisma Analyzer as part of a broader Charisma ERP suite deployment to manage retail and distribution activities. TotalSoft Charisma Analyzer served as the Analytics and BI component to support sales planning and development strategy through intelligent analyses and reports.
The deployment combined Charisma ERP with Charisma SFA and Charisma WMS, with TotalSoft Charisma Analyzer layered as the business intelligence and reporting engine. Functional capabilities implemented included sales forecasting and reporting, order capture and automated field order transmission, inventory replenishment optimization, warehouse process automation, and packaged order selection and dispatch logic. The solution centralized transactional and master data to enable consistent reporting across finance, sales, and inventory.
Integrations were explicit within the Charisma family, notably Charisma SFA tightly integrated with the financial and accounting modules of Charisma ERP, and Charisma WMS integrated with inventory and order flow processes. Operational coverage spanned Profipet retail and distribution channels, including six warehouses, 24 branded Zoomania stores, and a field sales force of about 20 agents, enabling anytime, anywhere order taking and inventory visibility.
Governance and process changes centered on a single database architecture for finance, sales, inventory, and analysis, shifting reporting and replenishment to centralized, real time data. Reported outcomes included increased accuracy of warehousing and logistics data, improved distribution efficiency through demand anticipation from sales history, significant improvement in replenishment processes, elimination of stock shortages and excess inventory positions, higher customer availability of products, enhanced sales force productivity, and clearer, faster decision making based on consistent sales and competitive segment reporting.
