| Mineral | Legacy | Mineral Platform | HR Compliance | HCM | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, ProSciento implemented the Mineral Platform to address California training mandates and strengthen its HR compliance posture. The deployment targeted the HR Compliance category, provisioning Mineral Learn and Workplace Harassment Prevention content to deliver state-specific compliance training and professional development across the organization.
Implementation concentrated on configuring the Learn library for role and state specific assignments, and deploying Workplace Harassment Prevention modules to meet California statutory requirements for both employees and supervisors. The Mineral Platform provided course catalogs, prebuilt training templates, automated assignment workflows, and completion tracking to support recordkeeping and recurring training cycles for over 200 employees.
Operational coverage was statewide for a California headquartered clinical research organization, with HR and people managers driving enrollments and tracking completion. The Mineral Platform supplied notifications about regulatory updates and refreshed course content, enabling HR to apply updates without creating content in-house, and supporting audit-ready training records for employee cohorts and new supervisors.
Governance and process changes centralized training ownership in the HR function, where the Director of Human Resources established procedures to enroll new hires, document completions, and run periodic compliance reviews. Outcomes explicitly reported include maintained compliance confidence, time and cost savings on training development, improved employee engagement through professional development, and reduced exposure to non-compliance risks such as fines and legal actions.

In 2016, ProSciento deployed Microsoft 365 to provide enterprise Collaboration capabilities and to standardize internal communications and content workflows across the organization. The Microsoft 365 deployment is publicly referenced on the ProSciento website and functions as the core collaboration layer for employee email, document sharing, and synchronous team communication.
The implementation of Microsoft 365 includes standard Collaboration modules such as Exchange Online for corporate email, SharePoint Online for intranet and document management, OneDrive for personal file sync, Microsoft Teams for persistent chat and meetings, and the Office productivity apps for authoring. Configuration signals indicate tenant-level site collections and Teams channels were provisioned to support project-centric collaboration and document lifecycle governance consistent with Collaboration platform practices.
Operational governance is centered on tenant administration and identity management, with Microsoft 365 integrated into a central identity model to enforce access, policy and retention controls across corporate departments. The deployment scope covers organization-wide Collaboration use and is maintained as a cloud-hosted Microsoft 365 tenancy referenced on the company website, aligning application configuration with corporate compliance and end user productivity requirements.

| Ironclad | Legacy | Ironclad CLM | Contract Lifecycle Management | Content Management | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, ProSciento implemented Ironclad CLM. The Ironclad CLM deployment addressed Contract Lifecycle Management needs to standardize clinical study contracting, centralize templates, and enforce approval workflows tied to finance processes.
Configuration work focused on contract authoring and templates, a clause library, approval routing, metadata for study budgets, and lifecycle event tracking to support billing and revenue recognition. The implementation included contract metadata fields and obligation tracking aligned to study level budgets so that contract terms could feed finance review and month end billing activities.
The Ironclad CLM program included an explicit integration with Veeva as part of a clinical trial management to contract workflow, and the project established operational handoffs to NetSuite and SalesForce that support billing, project finance, and customer record reconciliation. Day to day use and document storage workflows incorporated SharePoint and Teams for collaboration and Excel for financial analysis and forecasting.
Governance and rollout were led through a cross functional finance and operations cadence, with FP&A serving as the finance point person, creating training materials and revising contract review and approval workflows to align to GAAP revenue recognition and monthly billing processes. The implementation emphasized centralized contract controls, standardized review steps, and finance signoffs integrated into study operational procedures.
