Governance and rollout relied on a cross-functional culture committee of 20 high performers to influence people initiatives and sustain adoption. Rollout elements included monthly off-site development days for people leaders, two cycles of a company-wide theme to reinforce strategic objectives, and formalized quarterly talent discussions to operationalize survey findings into manager action plans.
