In 2017 Prosoco implemented Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform. The rollout provisioned Microsoft 365 to support corporate communications, email, and document collaboration for the company’s approximately 115 employees.
The deployment leverages cloud-hosted Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online for mail, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for document management, and Office desktop and web applications for productivity and content authoring. Configuration followed a centralized tenant model with role-based access and user provisioning to enforce access controls and content governance across teams. Collaboration workflows were standardized around shared sites and cloud storage to reduce reliance on local file shares.
Operational governance is centered on tenant administration and content policy management to control external sharing and retention, aligning Microsoft 365 configuration with corporate collaboration requirements. Prosoco’s website references use of Microsoft 365, indicating the application is an integrated part of its corporate Collaboration stack.

| Freightview | Legacy | Freightview | Shipping Management | eCommerce | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, PROSOCO implemented Freightview, a Shipping Management application to streamline its shipping operations and customer service workflows. Before Freightview, the PROSOCO order desk visited five or six carrier websites to identify the best carrier for each order, a process that added friction when fielding phone orders and slowed turnaround.
Freightview consolidated rate shopping and carrier selection into a single interface, aligning with common Shipping Management capabilities for comparing carrier options and accelerating shipment decisioning. The implementation focused on order entry and shipment decision workflows, enabling staff to complete carrier selection tasks from one system rather than multiple web sites.
Operational coverage centered on PROSOCO's customer service and shipping functions, where Freightview supported quote generation and carrier choice during live calls. The deployment simplified the shipping workflow at the order desk, reducing manual carrier lookups and streamlining carrier assignment and booking steps.
PROSOCO reported explicit time savings of 15 minutes per shipment, equating to over 160 hours per month, and senior staff noted that Freightview has greatly improved order turnaround time. Freightview therefore functions as the core Shipping Management tool for PROSOCO, directly impacting order fulfillment and customer service processes.
