Call activity is recorded against client accounts to support Sales and Client Services business functions and to provide an auditable interaction trail. Rollout was scoped to client facing teams with phased onboarding and standardized process changes for call handling, call logging and ticket creation workflows. Protosell uses FIVE CRM as its Call Center application to centralize telephony interactions and to standardize front office workstreams.
