In 2015, PSP Seals implemented Zoho Expense. Zoho Expense was deployed as the Expense Management platform to centralize employee expense reporting and reimbursement workflows across the company.

Operational scope covered finance, operations, and field sales personnel within the 30-employee distribution business, with governance designed to mirror existing payroll and reporting cycles managed through ADP RUN and PRISM Payroll. Implementation emphasized configuration of payroll schedules, deduction rules, tax withholding profiles, and payroll reporting streams to support month end close and coordination with the companys third party CPA. The Director of Finance administered PrismHR Payroll alongside VOYA for retirement plan contribution reporting and maintained a ZOHO hosted expense reporting site and Epicor Prophet 21 for inventory and accounting, embedding payroll workflows into existing financial controls and close governance while acting as trustee for the companys 401k plan.
