The SAP S/4 HANA implementation covered core Financial Accounting, Procurement & Logistics, and Asset Management, and was supplemented with Sourcing CLM, Supplier Collaboration SRM, and dashboard reporting BI/BO. Configuration work focused on standard financial ledgers, procure-to-pay workflows, fixed asset lifecycle management, and embedded reporting to align telco billing and capital expenditure controls with operational processes.
Deployment architecture was organized to support telco business operations and management within the SAP S/4 HANA platform, replacing 26 legacy applications and integrating with more than 20 surrounding systems. The scope of operational coverage included finance, procurement, asset management, and supplier collaboration processes, with integrations designed to maintain transactional continuity across billing, inventory and external supplier systems.
Governance and solution ownership were led by the Solution Architect and Integration Lead Krisadi, who was responsible for the overall functional capabilities design and integration strategy that enabled seamless interoperability between SAP S/4 HANA and the existing system landscape. The program framed SAP S/4 HANA as the enterprise ERP Financial backbone for Telkomsel, consolidating multiple financial and supply chain processes into a unified platform.

Architecturally the deployment used a centralized SAP S/4HANA core as the orchestration layer, replacing 26 legacy applications and integrating with more than 20 surrounding systems to consolidate asset and financial records. Integration scope included supplier collaboration interfaces and BI/BO feeds for dashboard reporting, with SAP S/4 HANA acting as the authoritative asset and transaction repository.
Solution Architect and Integration Lead Krisadi was responsible for the overall functional capabilities design and integration sequencing, governing configuration decisions, interface specifications, and rollout sequencing across finance, procurement, and asset operations. The implementation established SAP S/4 HANA - Asset Management as Telkomsels primary Enterprise Asset Management platform, unifying maintenance workflows, asset lifecycle data, and asset accounting within the SAP landscape.
