Governance and rollout were executed under the PUMA Global Business Solutions umbrella with the External POS Project Manager overseeing regional sequencing, local store commissioning, configuration validation, and staff readiness activities in Japan. Operational scope encompassed store operations and retail staff, with phased commissioning to align with the global rollout program while retaining centralized oversight of Retail Pro configuration and reporting.
