In 2019, PYBAR implemented PageUp ATS as its Applicant Tracking System, embedding the PageUp ATS application form directly on the company careers website to capture external candidate applications and manage public job postings. The deployment centralized the external recruitment intake process on PYBAR’s site, routing candidate submissions into PageUp ATS for processing and recruiter review.
The implementation leveraged core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including online application intake, candidate profile management, configurable application workflows, status tracking, automated candidate notifications, and recruiter-facing dashboards. PageUp ATS was configured to present job requisitions on the corporate career site and to sustain end-to-end applicant lifecycle workflows from application to shortlisting, using typical ATS screening and interview scheduling patterns.
Operationally the PageUp ATS implementation consolidated hiring activity within PYBAR’s recruitment and HR functions, creating a single source of applicant records and standardized hiring workflows. Governance focused on centralizing applicant data and formalizing recruiter and hiring manager handoffs within the PageUp ATS environment, aligning the corporate careers channel with internal recruitment processes.

In 2015, PYBAR implemented RPMGlobal AMT Asset Management to establish a formal asset and maintenance platform. RPMGlobal AMT Asset Management sits in the Enterprise Asset Management category and was deployed as part of PYBAR's integrated Business Systems to improve control over equipment and maintenance scheduling across projects.
The implementation configured AMT to handle core asset management and maintenance scheduling functions, aligning with standard Enterprise Asset Management workflows such as asset lifecycle tracking, preventive maintenance planning and work order coordination. Configuration emphasized single point data entry and standardised input templates to ensure data usefulness and accuracy across project sites, supporting PYBAR's stated approach that what you don’t measure you can’t control.
AMT was integrated with PYBAR Business Warehouse for centralised data storage, with MinePoint for ERP data capture, Simbio Manage for production recording, Simbio PLOD for electronic field data capture via handheld tablets, Power BI for automated dashboards, PageUp for recruitment and PayGlobal for payroll and human resources, with business process mapping supported by Mavim Rules and internal communications via Tagboard. This architecture established a high speed information flow from tablet level capture to interactive reporting and enabled automated reporting to reduce duplicate entry.
Governance and rollout followed a centralized data verification and standardisation approach, using Mavim Rules process maps to enforce single point data entry and verification and enabling project teams to benchmark and disseminate best practices. The RPMGlobal AMT Asset Management deployment supported timely information delivery and automated reporting, enabling proactive operational decision making and more time to be spent on analysis and communication.

The deployment positions Microsoft Power BI as the company Analytics and BI layer, directly supporting project and corporate decision making with a single source of truth for operational metrics.
Microsoft Power BI was configured to consume data from the PYBAR Business Warehouse, enabling data modeling, visualization and scheduled automated reporting. Reporting automation and interactive report dashboards were established to surface production, safety and performance metrics, freeing analysts to focus on analysis and communication and providing near real time operational visibility.
Integrations explicitly include PYBAR Business Warehouse, MinePoint ERP for field data capture, Simbio Manage for production recording, Simbio PLOD electronic PLOD from tablet, AMT for asset management, PageUp for recruitment, PayGlobal for payroll and human resources, Tagboard intranet and Mavim Rules for business process mapping. This integrated topology enforces single point data entry and verification and standardised data input across each project, extending Microsoft Power BI reporting across project sites and corporate functions. Business functions impacted include operations, project delivery, asset management, human resources and executive reporting.
Governance and process controls were reinforced through Mavim Rules and standardised input templates to enable benchmarking and the dissemination of learnings across the business. Automated dashboards and high speed delivery from handheld operator tablets to interactive report dashboards enable PYBAR projects to make proactive decisions and to optimise operational performance. The implementation positions Microsoft Power BI as the central Analytics and BI platform orchestrating field capture to executive reporting.
