In 2024, PZU Ukraine implemented Smiddle Voice Bot as part of a contact-center modernization engagement. Smiddle lists PZU Ukraine among its clients and was engaged specifically to modernize contact-center operations for insurance customer service and claims intake, deploying Smiddle Voice Bot within the Chatbots and Conversational AI category.
