Material reservation and traceability workflows were implemented to align inventory movements with production requirements and to support order-driven manufacturing processes.
Odoo Manufacturing was integrated natively with Inventory for stock movements, with Purchase for procurement replenishment, with Sales to trigger make-to-order workflows, with Accounting and Invoicing for financial posting, and with Timesheets, Project and Helpdesk to capture service time and support-driven work. Studio was used to extend forms and fields where required, creating a unified operational layer across manufacturing, warehouse, finance, sales and service teams.
Governance focused on standardized master data for items and BOMs, defined authorization controls for work orders, and formalized production workflows to improve cross-functional handoffs between manufacturing, inventory and finance. Centralized reporting and process orchestration within the Odoo platform established a single system of record for manufacturing operations under the Manufacturing ERP environment.
