In 2016, Qtrade Financial Group implemented Microsoft Power BI as its core Analytics and BI platform. Requirements gathering produced SSRS reports and interactive dashboard reports designed to support critical business decisions and to feed the Power BI reporting layer.
The implementation established a dimensional model and data warehouse design using Kimball methodologies and a star schema. Developers created SSIS packages to load dimensions and fact tables based on complex business requirements, and supported SSAS cubes to calculate complex measures, while Microsoft Power BI delivered interactive dashboards and self-service reporting.
The technical environment included MS SQL Server 2008 and 2014, Oracle, SSIS 2008, Visual Studio 2008 and 2013, and Power BI, with ETLs aggregating data from different databases, systems and a reporting database. A data warehouse migration from SQL 2008 to SQL 2014 was performed, and SSIS packages, SSRS reports, and SSAS cubes were migrated to the updated platform to align with the Microsoft Power BI layer.
Operational governance emphasized analysis of data issues, root cause identification and modification of affected data, and documentation of all new or modified BI systems, applications and programs. The effort centralized dimensional models, automated ETL pipelines, and established documented processes for change control and ongoing support of Analytics and BI reporting and decision support.

In 2020, Qtrade Financial Group deployed Adobe Experience Manager for Digital Asset Management on its customer-facing website. The implementation positions Adobe Experience Manager as the primary Digital Asset Management platform supporting web content, marketing creative assets, and channel-ready digital files.
The Adobe Experience Manager configuration emphasizes a centralized asset repository, a structured metadata taxonomy, automated image and video rendition generation, and version control to manage asset lifecycle. Ingestion, tagging, and approval workflows were configured to align with marketing operations and web publishing processes, using standardized asset states and audit trails.
Operational coverage is concentrated on the corporate website and associated digital channels, with day-to-day users in marketing and web operations consuming and publishing assets through Adobe Experience Manager.
