Integrations were implemented between Base Schedule and Base HRM+ to aggregate timekeeping records into payroll-ready data, reducing manual consolidation across sites. Operational coverage extended to store managers, HR and accounting teams, with scheduling workflows deployed site by site to reflect local shift patterns while preserving chain-level governance. Governance emphasized a centralized scheduling policy and approval workflow, with changes to shift assignment procedures and timekeeping validation to support accounting consolidation. Outcomes reported include reduced payroll aggregation errors and eased accounting workload as a result of the Base Schedule and Base HRM+ alignment.
