In 2012, Quantcast implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial system supporting corporate finance functions. Oracle E-Business Suite was provisioned on AWS backed infrastructure under corporate technologies and operated alongside Oracle EPM infrastructure for integrated financial processes.
The implementation centered on core financial modules common to ERP Financial systems, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Fixed Assets, with configuration aligned to corporate accounting and period close workflows. Oracle E-Business Suite was integrated with Oracle EPM to coordinate planning and consolidation workloads across finance.
Integrations connected Oracle E-Business Suite to the broader enterprise stack noted in corporate infrastructure, including Salesforce for CRM touchpoints, Okta for identity and access management, Google Workspace for corporate mail and productivity, and AWS with Veeam for infrastructure and backup and recovery. Operational ownership and day to day support spanned corporate finance, systems engineering and enterprise applications teams, with JIRA and Slack used for incident and change tracking and endpoint control managed via JAMF and Symantec.
Governance emphasized centralized IAM provisioning through Okta, role based access patterns for financial controls, and coordinated change windows between EBS and EPM environments. Backup and recovery procedures were formalized using AWS and Veeam, while collaboration tooling and ticketing systems enforced release and incident workflows for the Oracle E-Business Suite environment.
