In 2024 QuillBot adopted the Userlytics Platform, a Test Automation Platform, to democratize UX research across product, design, and product management teams. The deployment originated at QuillBot US headquarters and extended into multilingual testing in Europe, rapidly scaling research activity and enabling 52 completed projects between March and August 2024 that accelerated product decisions and localization efforts.
The implementation emphasized self service test orchestration and reusable test templates so team members without formal research backgrounds could design and run usability studies independently. Functional capabilities configured on the Userlytics Platform included study setup workflows, multilingual participant recruitment and management, and centralized analytics and reporting to synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings for product and design use.
Governance focused on lightweight review gates and role based access to maintain study quality while keeping execution decentralized across product, design, and product management. Rollout was coordinated from the US HQ with localized test administration in Europe, standardizing test scripts and measurement approaches to support faster iterative decision making across product and localization workstreams.
