In 2014, Quiznos implemented Auphan Pay at the Table, a Point Of Sale application, across approximately 500 U.S. restaurants. Auphan Software delivered the software while POS-X served as the hardware and implementation partner, provisioning on-site POS terminals and coordinating the nationwide rollout. The deployment focused on modernizing in-restaurant payment capture and store operations across the franchise footprint. This rollout covered store-level transactional systems used by frontline staff and store managers.
Auphan Pay at the Table was configured to deliver payments modernization, integrated payment processing, point-of-sale transaction handling, and consolidated reporting capabilities. Functional modules implemented included payment capture at table, order entry and receipt printing, and centralized reporting for sales and shift reconciliation. Configuration prioritized integrated payment workflows with the POS application to reduce manual reconciliation between payments and sales records. The Quiznos Auphan Pay at the Table Point Of Sale implementation targeted payments, store operations, and reporting business functions.
Integrations centered on integrated payment processing and centralized reporting feeds to corporate systems, with POS-X managing hardware provisioning and onsite implementation tasks. Governance emphasized store-level operational adoption and centralized oversight for reporting and payment exception handling, with implementation and training coordinated between Auphan Software and POS-X.
