Operational scope focused on on-site hospitality departments and event-day sales points within the championship footprint, with the deployment structured as an augmented hardware and software stack for the duration of the event. The implementation integrated ClubV1 EPoS with additional tills on-site, and operational rollout centered on temporary scale-up of EPoS capacity and staff-facing configuration changes to manage peak demand. Governance and process adjustments concentrated on event-specific till management and cashier procedures, with configuration and staffing changes to support sustained transaction throughput. The implementation aimed to handle peak event demand and improve transaction processing during the championship, ensuring continued hospitality sales operations at the Home of Golf.
