The implementation was used in conjunction with the estimating toolset familiar to the team, including Onscreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, RS Means and Timberline as part of the preconstruction workflow, reflecting staff experience and tool interoperability expectations. Rabren reported that the automated sync removed significant manual effort, estimating about 141 hours saved, or roughly three and a half workweeks, based on the volume of synced documents. The team also cited lower risk from human entry errors, noting that even a small error rate would have produced multiple hard-to-find discrepancies in contracts, change orders, and budgets.
