In 2023, Radical Hospitality Group implemented Fourth Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as part of a broader deployment of Fourth's integrated workforce management and professional employer organization solution. RHG operates five restaurant brands across seven locations in North Texas, and the implementation was scoped to centralize hiring and onboarding across those sites.
The Fourth Applicant Tracking System (ATS) deployment focused on end-to-end candidate management from application through first shift, with onboarding orchestration and requisition workflows to move hires into scheduling and payroll. The work included configuration to simplify scheduling operations and orchestrate application-to-first-shift processes consistent with restaurant hiring patterns, complementing RHG's long standing use of HotSchedules since 2013.
Integrations explicitly included connection to RHG's point-of-sale system to support accurate labor forecasting and downstream feeds into payroll and HR services operated through the PEO. Operational coverage encompassed hiring, scheduling, payroll administration, and HR compliance across all restaurant locations.
