Project governance combined strong sponsorship from General Management, early and broad involvement of business users across departments, and phased budget decisions to expand scope when needed. CODiLOG’s advisory role and collaborative relationship with the project team were identified as key success factors, and the program delivered a technological breakthrough aligned with Radio France’s ambition to modernize management and secure core financial processes.
