In 2023 Raghaus implemented MightyText as a Collaboration solution to sync SMS to desktop for client and order communications. MightyText was deployed to provide SMS and notification syncing capabilities that surface mobile text threads on desktop endpoints used by staff across the United States.
The implementation centers on desktop SMS synchronization and notification syncing modules, enabling staff to manage inbound and outbound text conversations from workstation browsers and desktop clients. Functional coverage includes threaded SMS messaging, real time notification visibility, and centralized handling of client and order related texts, supporting customer service and order management workflows.
Operationally the MightyText deployment was focused on improving response workflows for client and order communications, with governance aligned to standardize message routing and response responsibilities across relevant teams. The implementation of MightyText helped improve response times by unifying mobile SMS into desktop workstreams, and MightyText remains the primary Collaboration application for SMS-based customer interactions at Raghaus.
