In 2019 Rahimafrooz Bangladesh engaged Divine IT and signed a contract on 25 September 2019 to deploy Divine IT PrismERP, an ERP Financial application, to automate finance, asset, project, manufacturing and field force operations across its Bangladesh operations. The engagement framed a centralized ERP Financial program intended to standardize transactional finance and operational workflows across manufacturing sites and corporate finance functions.
The implementation scope included the Financial Management System module and a mobile Field Force app as named deliverables, alongside configuration of asset management, project accounting and manufacturing modules to support shop floor and project cost visibility. Configuration emphasized standard financial management workflows, asset lifecycle controls and project cost tracking, with the mobile Field Force app extending data capture and process execution to field teams.
Deployment architecture and integrations were focused on a single-vendor PrismERP footprint across Bangladesh operations, with the mobile Field Force component designed to connect field activity to the central Financial Management System. Operational coverage explicitly targeted finance, manufacturing and field operations, aligning transactional posting and operational data flows into the PrismERP environment.
Governance and rollout proceeded from the September 2019 contract signature with the vendor estimating the implementation would be live the following year. The vendor states the deployment included the Financial Management System and mobile Field Force app to fast-track operations and improve accuracy, indicating process automation and tighter operational controls as primary governance outcomes.
