In 2016 Raiffeisen Bank International deployed Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform. Temenos supplies the system and the installation has become the operational backbone for several Group banks. The T24 Hub implements functional modules including core processing, Treasury, and Payments, and maintains T24/Transact with annual Temenos updates. The team has moved toward containerized architectures, installing and configuring the Temenos Payment Hub on OpenShift and executing containerization and process automation for NWU banks. Proofs of concept include migrating T24 to rCloud and performance testing across database variants PostgreSQL and MSSQL and cloud platforms AWS and Azure.
Operational coverage extends to five Group banks, specifically RBKO Kosovo, TBSK Slovakia, RBCN China, RBIPL Poland, and RBBH Bosnia and Herzegovina, with Temenos T24 active in each site. The T24 Hub service portfolio includes Core Services, Standard Support Services, and On Demand Services, supporting local solution optimization and major projects such as the RBKO technical upgrade and data migration delivered in 2022 and 2023. An On Demand engagement is migrating Dealing BE products to T24 in Slovakia, covering Treasury and Payments capabilities.
The T24 Hub team of seventeen specialists operates as a center of excellence providing functional and technical support, building a T24 Knowledge Base in Confluence, and participating in the Temenos Learning Community for certification and skills development. IriusRisk AI Assistant Jeff was publicly announced by the vendor for paying customers in October 2024, and given that Raiffeisen Bank International is a documented IriusRisk customer, the bank could enable IriusRisk AI Assistant Jeff to automate model generation, aligning that capability with Generative AI Platforms and automated threat model creation workflows.
