Operational coverage focused on accounts payable and receivable processing, fixed asset accounting, expense management, and procure to pay orchestration, with IT managing release activities and coordination of remote resources.
Governance incorporated Sarbanes Oxley SOX control considerations and followed Oracle AIM methodology practices for implementation management. Project governance and delivery responsibilities included creation and maintenance of detailed project plans, staffing and work plan establishment, coordination of remote and offshore personnel, and formal escalation paths for close cycle and production issues.
