Configuration focused on core financial management workflows typical of ERP Financial implementations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and order processing integration points. Microsoft Dynamics GP was configured to support sales order processing and commission accounting workflows through programmatic interfaces.
The implementation tied Microsoft Dynamics GP to a broader integration fabric. Explicit integrations and automations include Salesforce for CRM, Autodesk subscription data loads into Salesforce, Boomi as an orchestration layer, eConnect to push Sales Order Processing and customer and product creation into Microsoft Dynamics GP, XML feeds from GP to the Synnex API, and commission data entries from Ethotech into GP. The solution also feeds the RWW Data Warehouse and supports reporting using SQL, PowerBI, and CRM Analytics.
Operational governance included level 1 through 3 application support for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Salesforce administration, and ongoing business systems integration ownership.
