Operational coverage included Rare finance teams across global offices, including a Mozambique office, and centralized reconciliation activity for international expense processing.
Governance changes centralized reconciliation through automated transaction sync and structured receipt workflows to reduce manual processing. The explicit outcome documented was a savings of two to three days per month of finance staff effort and improved reconciliation for global offices.
