Governance was established through centralized report cataloging, formal data definitions, and controlled release cycles, accompanied by process changes to MI production and report approval workflows. The implementation approach emphasized phased delivery of standard dashboards followed by staged enablement of ad hoc self-service capabilities within Oracle OBIEE.
