PageUp ATS was embedded on careers.redmart.com to surface live vacancies and directly ingest candidate applications into structured recruitment pipelines, enabling consistent candidate data capture and workflow orchestration.
Operational governance was organized around HR and hiring manager workflows, with the ATS used to enforce requisition approvals, stage gating and candidate ownership across recruiting teams. The scope of the rollout emphasized career site integration and centralized applicant lifecycle management, aligning recruitment processes into a single Applicant Tracking System platform.
