In 2017, RedXDefense implemented Sage 50 Quantum as its ERP Financial application. The deployment was targeted at the company’s aerospace and defense operations in the United States and executed alongside MISys Manufacturing to establish production scheduling and tighter inventory control.
The implementation focused on core ERP Financial functions, with configuration of inventory management and standard financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Sage 50 Quantum was configured to support MRP-driven workflows and production scheduling, and the customer reports using roughly 60% of the system’s capabilities.
Integration work centered on linking Sage 50 Quantum with MISys Manufacturing to synchronize bill of materials, work orders and inventory balances, enabling reliable MRP outputs and replenishment planning. Operational coverage included production, inventory control and finance functions across RedXDefense’s United States operations.
Rollout required vendor support to resolve initial issues, and Misys served as the implementation partner for the MISys Manufacturing integration. After go-live RedXDefense reports they can trust MRP outputs and control inventory, reflecting stabilized MRP and inventory workflows within Sage 50 Quantum.
