The program included writing and proof reading user manuals, policies and procedures to align system usage with internal HR policy and to support end user training. Operationally the environment coexisted with Kronos for timekeeping and scheduling, with HR providing training and customer service to employees and managers on Kronos and ADP Workforce Now usage. Integration and data exchange activities were performed through routine data loads and coordinated testing cycles, and HR personnel participated in change planning for policy and usage updates. Testing, maintenance and incident resolution were embedded into daily operations to preserve data integrity and report accuracy. Governance was formalized through documented procedures, user training and ad hoc reporting workflows, enabling HR to coordinate change implementation and support across departments. The HR team functioned as system administrators and business process owners, overseeing configuration, incident management and ongoing enhancements to the ADP Workforce Now Core HR environment.
