Volaris Group Legacy Volaris Incadea DMS Dealership Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2023 2024
In 2023, Renault Group deployed Volaris Incadea DMS as part of a Groupe Renault Make Layer integration for incadea.dms 7.2 BC. The Make Layer is delivered as an International Make Layer and is designed to be usable across the Renault and Dacia network, bundling functionality, interfaces, and customer-facing documentation for broad dealer consumption. The implementation configures Volaris Incadea DMS to support core Dealership Management capabilities including pricing, warranty and recall management, vehicle master data, and used car functionalities. The deployment also incorporates after-sales information exchange, parts ordering, master data synchronization, Retail Inventory Management RIM workflows, vehicle invoicing and logistics information, and OEM business management interfaces and reporting. Interfaces were developed in collaboration with Renault and partner CARYA based on Renault HQ CDC and CLA requirement documents, aligning data models and exchange formats with OEM specifications. The Make Layer integrates with the DMS application stack to cover the end-to-end sales cycle and after-sales processes, enabling data flows for parts replenishment, dealer inventory optimization, invoicing exchange and service/warranty processing. Governance for the rollout references Renault HQ CDC and CLA documentation, and the International Make Layer includes customer-facing documents to standardize dealer onboarding and operational procedures. CARYA acted as the partner for interface development and can be contacted via Didier Passchier at didier.passchier@carya.eu or www.carya.eu for implementation details. The published scope explicitly aims to help dealers optimize inventory and manage replenishment while providing the business management interfaces and OEM reporting required by Groupe Renault, with the Make Layer packaged to support international dealer operations.
