In 2012, Rendall and Rittner implemented Sage 200 as their ERP Financial application to support core accounting operations. The deployment focused on finance and legal administration workflows within the company’s UK construction and real estate operations, with day to day use by accounts staff including apprentice accounts assistants.
Sage 200 Accounting Software was configured to handle accounts payable activities such as invoice entry, supplier contact and making supplier payments via internet banking, accounts receivable and debt chasing, bank and prepaid credit card reconciliations, cheque processing and maintenance of the legal master. Functional capabilities reflected standard ERP Financial modules including nominal ledger, cashbook, supplier ledger and customer ledger, and the system was used alongside Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
Operational workflows routed routine financial processes through Sage 200 while payments were executed through internet banking and staff communicated across departments by email, webchat and phone. Governance was exercised through regular reconciliations, invoice processing procedures and account maintenance handled within the finance function, with Sage 200 serving as the primary accounting application for these business functions.

| The Access Group | Legacy | Access SelectHR | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Rendall and Rittner implemented Access SelectHR as their Core HR system. The HR Operations Manager led a six person HR Operations team that used Access SelectHR to support approximately 2,000 staff, including on-boarding and induction for over 500 hires annually, administration of employee benefits, management of training programs, annual compensation and bonus review, HR MI and data analysis, and execution of right to work and employment checks.
Access SelectHR was configured to serve as the central HR database for transactional processing, onboarding workflow orchestration, benefits administration, training schedule management, and HR reporting. The implementation emphasized workflow configuration and data integrity, with new on-boarding compliance checks, audit controls, and KPI and SLA tracking for on-boarding and HR query response times implemented through Access SelectHR.
Operational coverage included the central HR team, head office payroll coordination for 400 staff with an external payroll provider, and close collaboration with recruitment and business operations to align hiring and on-boarding processes. The deployment used Access SelectHR as the system of record for employee data and to produce SMT-facing HR reports that surfaced trends in leavers and turnover across the United Kingdom workforce.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, with new KPI and SLA frameworks, HR training clinics for managers to reduce central inbox volume, and a redesigned right to work and employment check process to resolve longstanding compliance gaps. The HR team secured an extra 40K worth of budget to increase resourcing and training, and negotiated substantial savings on external training providers, outcomes that were recorded alongside improved HR reporting and control using Access SelectHR.

In 2021, Rendall and Rittner deployed Dwellant as a Real Estate Property Management application to standardize resident engagement across its UK residential portfolio. The deployment used a Dwellant-branded resident app, Rendall & Rittner Online, to surface resident communications and maintenance requests. Implementation explicitly covered property management, facilities, and resident services across Rendall and Rittner's United Kingdom residential holdings.
Core capabilities implemented include a resident portal for communications and service requests, a work-order and maintenance module to manage building maintenance workflows, and invoice processing functionality inferred from the vendor-branded mobile app and Dwellant product descriptions. Dwellant was configured to route tenant-reported issues into a work-order lifecycle, capture service event records for onsite teams, and provide residents visibility into case status. The implementation context aligns with Real Estate Property Management functional terminology such as work-order lifecycle, resident communications, and invoice reconciliation.
The deployment leveraged a vendor-branded mobile channel, Rendall & Rittner Online, to give residents native app access to Dwellant functionality, increasing transparency of service status and strengthening onsite workflows. Governance emphasis centered on centralizing resident communications through the branded app and standardizing work-order intake and assignment to onsite maintenance teams. The source notes improved transparency and onsite workflows as outcomes of the Dwellant implementation.
