The deployment was positioned to manage daily financial operations, consolidation timing, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement packages for the corporate entity and operating companies. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consolidation was configured to support core consolidation workflows common to the Financial Consolidation and Close category, including general ledger close orchestration, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and consolidated reporting. The implementation consolidated multiple financial systems into one integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, executed as three major system conversions with staggered conversion dates aligned to each operating company. Operational coverage included corporate accounting, accounts payable, the financial shared services center and internal audit, with direct management of a corporate finance team of six and dotted line oversight of approximately 25 operating company accounting professionals. Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Azure Cloud Services Application Hosting and Computing Services IaaS n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Renfro Corporation deployed Microsoft Azure Cloud Services to host its public-facing website, leveraging Microsoft Azure Cloud Services as the core platform within the Application Hosting and Computing Services category. The implementation is visible on the company website and centers on cloud-based delivery of web content and site infrastructure rather than on-premises hosting.
