In 2025, Rentomojo India deployed PyjamaHR as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize hiring for HR and Talent Acquisition. PyjamaHR is embedded on the Rentomojo website to power the public careers portal and capture candidate submissions. Implementation focused on standard Applicant Tracking System modules, including job posting and requisition management, candidate pipeline and stage tracking, resume parsing and profile creation, interview scheduling and communication templates, and offer record management. Configurations included customized hiring stages, automated candidate notifications, role based access controls for recruiters and hiring managers, and configurable templates for interview feedback. PyjamaHR was configured to retain candidate records and audit trails to support recruiting governance.
The architecture uses PyjamaHR as a cloud hosted SaaS instance embedded on the company careers pages to capture applications directly into the ATS. Operational coverage is limited to Rentomojo HR and Talent Acquisition teams and is scoped to on site recruiting processes surfaced through the website. Governance encompassed defined approval workflows, user role segmentation, and audit oriented record keeping to support hiring decision paths and compliance reporting.
