Byte Software Legacy BytePro Loan Origination Loan Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Residential Bancorp implemented BytePro Loan Origination as its primary Loan Management application to support retail mortgage processing at its Rancho Cucamonga loan operations site. The deployment established BytePro Loan Origination as the system of record for loan intake and file assembly within the bank's loan processing department. BytePro Loan Origination was configured to support end to end origination activities common to Loan Management workflows, including borrower intake and document ingestion, NMLS lookup for loan officers, USPS address validation, flood certification ordering, 411 reverse searches and license validation for agents and brokers. The platform was used to capture escrow, title, listing and selling agent details for Closing Disclosure preparation, and to track and order closing‑related items such as closing protection letters, escrow instructions, tax rolls, amendments, payoffs, settlement statements, E and O documentation, wire instructions, earnest money receipts, preliminary reports and plat maps. Processors also used BytePro to order hazard insurance quotes and to bind coverage at time of Closing Disclosure, and to request 4506T transcripts and perform verification of employment for current and previous employers. Operational integration included inbound disclosure package handling from Doc Magic, where Residential Bancorp reviewers validated signatures, dates and legibility before uploading finalized documents into BytePro Loan Origination. Governance and process controls centered on a standardized submission checklist enforced by processors, structured document ordering workflows to open escrow and assemble closing packages, and role based document upload and review procedures used by junior processors on site in July 2018 and thereafter.

DocuSign Legacy DocuSign eSignature Digital Signing Content Management n/a 2021 2021
In 2021 Residential Bancorp implemented DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing solution embedded on its public website to enable electronic execution of customer-facing documents. The deployment targets online customer onboarding and agreement execution workflows, positioning DocuSign eSignature as the primary Digital Signing application for retail account workflows and web-delivered consent flows. The implementation leverages embedded signing and server-side API calls to initiate envelope creation and manage recipient routing, templates, and envelope status. Functional capabilities implemented include reusable templates for standard agreements, recipient authentication options aligned with banking requirements, audit trail and certificate of completion generation, and envelope lifecycle management. Integration scope is centered on the public website, where DocuSign eSignature is invoked from authenticated web sessions to present in-browser signing ceremonies and return signed artifacts to the bank via API. Operational coverage focuses on customer-facing online channels and associated back-office validation processes, with role-based administrative controls for template management and signing policy enforcement. Governance and rollout emphasized template governance, administrative user roles, and compliance-oriented audit logging to support electronic acceptance of documents. DocuSign eSignature is described in the implementation as the core Digital Signing tool used by Residential Bancorp to standardize digital signature workflows across its online customer interactions.
