Configuration work emphasized automation of procurement workflows and rule-based allocation to support near-real-time replenishment decisions and unified planning across SKUs and branches. The implementation scope covers Rexel France operations, spanning approximately 450 branches, 11 distribution centers and 32 customer relations centers, and targets core business functions including supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management and customer fulfillment. Execution and systems rollout are supported by Diagma as the implementation partner, providing consultancy and program delivery services for the transformation. Governance was structured as a transformation program focused on automating procurement processes and improving forecasting capabilities, with phased rollout across distribution points and branch networks.
