In 2019, Rexel implemented FIS GETPAID. FIS GETPAID is an AR Automation application used for Credit Risk Management, Accounts Receivables, Cash Application and Reporting, and the deployment at Rexel was explicitly focused on strengthening Order to Cash operations.
The implementation used mixed deployment models including SaaS public cloud, SaaS private cloud and on premise installations, with a delivery scope covering EMEA and North America. The program targeted BtoB customers with at least 500 M$ in annual revenue and was structured to support enterprise grade AR and cash management workflows.
Functional modules implemented included Credit Risk Management, Accounts Receivables, Cash Application and Reporting, delivering standard AR Automation workflows for invoice presentment, remittance processing, exception handling and reconciliation. Integration efforts emphasized API based connectivity along with migrations, upgrades and add on roll outs to link transactional feeds and reporting pipelines into corporate finance systems.
Governance and execution were driven by Order to Cash functional consultants acting as SME, business analyst and PMO resources, coordinating cross functional technical teams and leading pre sales RFI and RFP workshops to scope and budget additional opportunities. Project activities cited included deployment, migration, upgrade and optimization reviews delivered across EMEA and North America within stated time and budget constraints.

In 2017, Rexel implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as part of a broader, group level HRIS program. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation served as the Compensation Management solution within Rexel's suite of HR applications and was deployed alongside other SuccessFactors modules to standardize pay and variable compensation workflows.
The implementation was executed in the context of a multi-module SuccessFactors estate that included Employee Central, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Variable Pay and LMS, with Compensation configured to operate in concert with these modules. Configuration work focused on compensation planning and variable pay orchestration consistent with Compensation Management functional patterns, and the deployment aligned with the HRIS roadmap that targeted employee lifecycle processes from recruiting through onboarding and succession.
Integrations were implemented to connect Compensation to payroll engines and to identity services, specifically Active Directory and identity management systems, and the HRIS program integrated LMS content via CrossKnowledge. Operational coverage included global HR teams responsible for approximately 24,000 employees across 20 countries, with the Compensation module embedded into country HR processes and payroll interfaces to support localized pay execution.
Arago Consulting acted as the SI VAR on the project and ongoing support arrangements included a team of external support consultants responsible for incident management, interface monitoring, service requests and configuration changes across all SuccessFactors modules. Governance and runbook activities were centralized under the Group HRIS Manager, including master data harmonization, reporting and analytics responsibilities, management of the key user network, training and communication, and oversight of tender processes for support contracts, license renewals and subsequent deployment projects.

MRI ProLease Lease Accounting Software was used to standardize lease classification, maintain payment schedules and lease term tracking, and orchestrate accounting events to support month end close and statutory disclosure workflows.
Governance and rollout were managed as a group-level finance application with operational ownership residing in Corporate Finance and technical support from Group IT planning and country support teams. The implementation was integrated conceptually into Rexel's corporate finance stack where disclosure management responsibilities sit, embedding lease accounting controls into group reporting and consolidation processes across Rexel entities.
