ARAGO Consulting led development of the many interfaces and all data conversion work from payroll systems and other sources, enabling integration between SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Employee Central, and downstream payroll feeds. Operational rollout included country localizations with France live for 5000 employees and 1000 externals, Belgium live for 800 employees, Germany live for 1300 employees, and the USA progressing with approximately 6000 employees, within a group context of 28,000 employees in more than 35 countries. Governance and process reform were driven by a Rexel program initiated in 2012 to define HR standards and harmonize practices, with SAP SuccessFactors established as the unique HRIS solution for the group. The project experienced interruptions during the COVID period, including stops and restarts, and the stated benefits include harmonization and alignment of HR processes, subsidiary paced deployment and progressive adoption of a single solution, a common HR language across the group, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors suite usage.

Governance and delivery followed sprint-based Agile processes, with test planning, acceptance criteria analysis, defect management in JIRA, and cross-border collaboration between on-shore and off-shore third-party teams to resolve issues. Test status and feature demonstrations were reported to senior stakeholders as part of release governance, embedding automated regression as a sign-off mechanism for incremental releases. The program delivered a high degree of automated test coverage, with over 2,000 automated tests and reported automation coverage above 90 percent, supported by the Jenkins CI pipeline and targeted API and mobile automation suites. Infor M3 is identified throughout the implementation narrative as the central Manufacturing ERP platform enabling integrated commerce and back-office processes for Rexel UK.
