Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Reynolds Consumer Products implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment covered the companys global finance footprint and supported operations across 53 global locations with centralized financial processing for a multi-site manufacturing organization of several thousand employees. Oracle E-Business Suite was configured to deliver core ERP Financial functionality, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and cash management, along with financial close and reporting capabilities. Implementation work emphasized chart of accounts design, multi organization ledger structures, role based security, and configurable workflow automation for procure to pay and order to cash processes. The Oracle E-Business Suite environment was integrated with non ERP operational tooling, explicitly including Remedy and Netcool as part of the enterprise support stack. Incident Management, Change Manager and Problem Manager were deployed in a shared Remedy environment to route application incidents and changes, and the E-Business Suite installation was supported by an Online Service Desk and a very basic CMDB to manage support tickets and asset visibility during a multi year operational transition. Governance and process changes were implemented in line with ITIL practices, with a focus on establishing standard incident, change and problem workflows, monitoring helpdesk performance and ticket trending, and creating a Helpdesk Knowledge Base to improve service delivery. Operational governance included coordinating offshore helpdesk operations and managing relationships with prior support teams over a staged transition period.

CareerBuilder Legacy CareerBuilder1 Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Reynolds Consumer Products deployed CareerBuilder1 as its Applicant Tracking System at its Temple, TX site. The implementation concentrated on supporting hourly workforce acquisition workflows and on-site HR operations for a location responsible for payroll administration of more than 200 hourly employees. CareerBuilder1 was used to manage requisition workflows, applicant tracking, and the complete new hire lifecycle, including offer letter generation, e I9 processing, and orientation scheduling. The HR administrator also administered master data transactions that included hires, terminations, promotions, and leave of absence administration, and managed the personnel filing system to maintain hiring records. The CareerBuilder1 implementation operated alongside a set of explicitly stated HR and workforce systems, with operational integrations and contacts to ADP for payroll, SAP Time & Attendance for time capture, Talent Wise for background checks, MorningStar for call in management, Cigna for leave administration, and WIN PAK for security badge issuance. The solution supported both hourly and salaried employee cases and included coordination with a temporary agency for orientations and data maintenance. Governance and process practices around CareerBuilder1 were embedded in site HR operations, evidenced by participation on broader payroll system change initiatives such as the Ceridian to ADP implementation. The Temple HR team reported quality and compliance outcomes tied to these processes, including recognition for 100 percent clean data from the supported location and zero audit findings from internal and external auditors.
