| SAP | Legacy | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2022 | 2023 |
In 2022 Rich Products implemented SAP S/4 HANA as the companywide core application in an ERP Financial initiative to standardize and simplify finance reporting and analytics across its global footprint. The S/4 HANA rollout supports the Finance Department and is aligned with the Galileo S/4HANA transformation program, with explicit coverage across Rich Products locations in the United States and its approximately 100 global sites.
The implementation centered on financial reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S/4 HANA, including design and deployment of automated legal entity income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows, plus management income statements by division, geography, product, and plant. Configuration work targeted gross margin and profitability analytics, product and customer reporting, and integrated actuals with forecasts and budgets, using SAP S/4 HANA toolsets such as Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, Group Reporting, Analysis for Office, and PaPM.
Operational integration emphasized data continuity and platform performance, with the Manager, Financial Reporting role liaising with Global Accounting, finance stakeholders, and data owners to preserve consistent data and reporting models. The future state design incorporated secure data integration and system performance considerations, and positioned SAP S/4 HANA to serve as the primary financial data source for internal reporting and self service analytics.
Governance and process workstreams established reporting governance, a reporting roadmap, and standardized global reporting templates, while the program plan included design, rollout, adoption, training, and ongoing mentoring to build financial reporting literacy. The Finance organization retained responsibility for continuous improvement and execution of the long term reporting strategy following Galileo wrap up, with a focus on centralized reporting ownership and enterprise level alignment of reporting practices.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Rich Products implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as part of an enterprise deployment of the SuccessFactors Talent Suite. The SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation is classified under Compensation Management and was deployed globally to standardize pay processes across the organization.
The implementation included the Compensation Planning capability together with Performance and Objectives, Talent, Succession Planning, and Development Plan modules. Rich Products configured compensation workflows to support compensation administration, base pay adjustments, and talent calibration processes used by HR Business Partners. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation functioned as the system of record for structured merit and planning cycles and integrated into broader talent management processes.
Deployment was led by the HRIS team in collaboration with IS and Centers of Excellence, and the workstream explicitly included integrations into the enterprise HCM and payroll flows to onboard acquisition headcount. Operational coverage extended across global HR, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and functions supporting Customer Service and Logistics and Global Procurement. The rollout incorporated training, digitized talent pools, and agile delivery to accelerate adoption during acquisition integrations.
Governance was centralized under a global HR process owner model, with iterative configuration and continuous innovation managed by an agile team. The program delivered successful integration of three acquisitions into HCM to payroll with no errors, and embedded compensation planning into the enterprise talent and succession workflows.

| Broadcom | Legacy | AppWorx Workload Automation | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Rich Products implemented AppWorx Workload Automation to support a global Human Resource Information System integration. The AppWorx Workload Automation deployment addressed Business Process Management for orchestrating HR data flows from SuccessFactors to payroll, directory, benefits and ERP targets.
The implementation used an EMS bus architecture to centralize event and message routing, with a Publisher interface that consumed data from SuccessFactors API and published to EMS topics. Subscriber interfaces were developed for ADP payroll, China Active Directory, BENSON benefits, SAP and US and Canada Active Directory systems, and canonical schemas and data formats were defined to normalize HR payloads.
Technical infrastructure cited in the project included TIBCO BW 5.11, TIBCO EMS 8.0, TIBCO SAP Adapter 7.0, and TIBCO LDAP Adapter 6.1, running on Windows and Linux servers, with UC4 job scheduler present for workload scheduling. AppWorx Workload Automation operated as the workload orchestration layer alongside these middleware components to sequence publisher and subscriber jobs and ensure end to end processing across Associate Central and downstream applications.
Governance and delivery artifacts included high level and low level design documents and coordination with the Associate Central API business counterpart to resolve technical issues. The team implemented a Rich Error and Logging framework named REAL for centralized logging and error handling, and the implementation scope covered worldwide Rich Corporation downstream applications and HR business functions including payroll, identity management, benefits and SAP HR interfaces.
The narrative reflects an architecture focused on message driven integration and canonical transformation, with AppWorx Workload Automation providing orchestration within the Business Process Management context for Rich Products human resources integrations.
