The implementation of Deputy HR ran alongside selection and implementation activity for ELMO, reflecting a coordinated HRIS approach that paired workforce management with broader HR administration capabilities. Governance was led by the People and Culture Manager and a P&C team of eight, who ran the RFQ tender, executed the implementations and established standardized HR processes to be followed across the club network, including oversight of employee relations and WorkSafe case handling. Rollout emphasized operational alignment with recruitment, annual remuneration reviews and performance management workflows and included process standardization across more than 40 facilities in Victoria and New South Wales.
