In 2013, Eirpharm implemented Collsoft Payroll in a Payroll deployment to centralize statutory payroll processing for its Irish operations. The deployment served a small professional services firm of approximately 10 employees and was operated by a Payroll Administrator who processed weekly and monthly payroll across six company entities, according to role experience records.
Collsoft Payroll was configured to handle core payroll calculations and statutory tax filings, with report generation for P35, P30, P45 and P60. Configuration work included automated gross to net calculations, scheduled payroll cycles for weekly and monthly runs, and payslip and year end reporting capabilities aligned to Irish payroll regulations.
Functional scope included calculation and payment of employee expenses, bonuses and commission, integrating variable compensation into each payroll run. Operational ownership was placed with the Payroll Administrator/Admin Assistant role, which performed end to end payroll runs, reconciliations and statutory submissions, linking payroll outputs into finance and HR workflows.
The implementation covered payroll activities across the company entities in Ireland and established governance around role based processing and statutory compliance workflows. Documented duties and process steps framed the operational rollout, ensuring a single system of record for Payroll and consistent execution of tax filings and employee payments.
