In 2015 Rocket Software implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial application to consolidate and govern core financial management functions. The rollout was driven from a centralized Business Applications organization led by a Director of Business Applications who rebuilt the global team, applications and processes and defined strategic direction for information systems.
Oracle E-Business Suite was configured to serve as the enterprise financial system while parallel investments were made in CRM and service tooling. The implementation narrative highlights configuration and automation workstreams, including restructuring and automating the license key generation and fulfillment process to improve operational efficiency, and ongoing efforts to refine annual budgetary controls.
Integrations were a major component of the program, with explicit integration work between Oracle E-Business Suite and the companys Salesforce-based CRM platform. Integration touchpoints included Service Cloud case migration, Live Agent chat for service and sales workflows, Partner Community and Customer Community portals, and standardization of previously home grown integrations on Boomi, together with improved connectivity to other legacy systems.
Governance and workflow changes accompanied the technical implementation, with the Business Applications team instituting standardized integration patterns and process ownership for fulfillment and service request flows. The program emphasized application governance, consolidated integration architecture using Boomi, and process automation to drive efficiency in fulfillment and financial interfacing.

| ADP | Legacy | ADP Workforce Now | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2012 | 2013 |
In 2012, Rocket Software implemented ADP Workforce Now as its Core HR application. The deployment centralized employee master data for approximately 1,500 employees and established ADP Workforce Now as the primary ADP HRIS platform supporting HR and Finance business partners, HR team members, and employees across levels while addressing global legal and compliance requirements.
Configuration and operational coverage focused on Core HR capabilities, including employee record management, onboarding administration, performance management touchpoints, and reporting and analytics. Day to day HRIS activities documented in the HRIS Analyst III role included data integrity and audits, group imports and exports, bulk updates and data clean ups, dashboard creation, and routine daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support decision making.
Integrations were implemented between ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems used at Rocket, specifically Silkroad Red Carpet for onboarding workflows, the iRocket intranet for HR self service and communications, and Rocket Perform for performance management workflows. The HRIS function also managed vendor file feeds and worked with IT on systems integrations, supported M&A due diligence data extraction and analysis, and managed data collection for Affirmative Action Plan requests handled with third party vendors.
Governance and process ownership rested with a designated HRIS Analyst III who acted as the primary vendor contact and project manager for upgrades and system changes, executed data stewardship and change control processes, communicated system changes to enable scalability during transitions, and provided ad hoc analytics and reporting for HR and Finance stakeholders. Access and data quality controls were formalized through regular audits and corrective action workflows.
ADP Workforce Now provided a unified HR information base that enabled standardized reporting and dashboards used by HR business partners, supported compliance reporting and Affirmative Action Plan data needs, and centralized operational HRIS responsibilities within Rocket Software.
