In 2017 Rohlik began using the Rossum.ai Platform for AP Automation. Serving over 200,000 customers and operating a fleet of hundreds of delivery vans, Rohlik generates a high volume of supplier invoices that its Accounts Payable department must post and validate.
Rohlik’s data entry team works in the Rossum user interface and performs vendor matching and GL coding directly within the Rossum.ai Platform, keeping capture, validation and coding in a single application. All tasks related to vendor matching and GL coding are executed in Rossum so documents do not need to be revisited in the ERP system, which reduces handoffs and rework between capture and posting.
The Rossum.ai Platform is tightly integrated with the Abra target ERP to deliver validated, coded invoice data into downstream posting workflows. The integration supports AP operations across finance and accounting teams and covers both scanned paper invoices and digitally submitted invoices, centralizing capture for enterprise invoice processing.
Rossum has processed Rohlik invoices since 2017 and supported the company through rapid growth, with Rohlik reporting EUR 100M turnover in 2019 and projecting 80% growth in 2020. Governance focused on operating invoice validation and coding in Rossum, which allowed the AP team to maintain its original headcount across three years despite escalating document volumes.

Governance is embedded in data ops practices, with pipeline monitoring, versioned transformations, and orchestration workflows used to ensure repeatable ingestion and model operationalization across Rohlik’s retail systems.
The Keboola Platform has been in production since Rohlik’s early years and is used to run the company’s BI and ML pipelines that aim to improve average order value and reduce food waste, while supporting ongoing analytics for inventory and pricing decisions.
