Technical assurance and consulting work covered development of an API from the contracting and accounting systems to Salesforce and to a customer portal, enabling synchronized customer and contract data flows.
Governance was formalized by the Credit and Systems team which developed and managed a credit risk policy and procedures for the Engine Leasing Group, and by establishing system change management processes for ongoing development and rollouts. Project management oversight covered the Sun Systems upgrade, vendor bolt-ons, and the API development to align contract, billing, and customer engagement workflows and to protect data integrity.
