The implementation emphasized process standardization across invoices, expense capture and month end close cycles, using Oracle NetSuite ERP native workflow and approval capabilities where appropriate.
Governance included configuration of user roles and approval routing, establishment of financial controls and documented month end procedures to support ongoing operations. Rollout approach used phased module activation and targeted user training to embed the new ERP Financial workflows into daily accounting and billing practices.
