Cegid Legacy Cegid Accounting ERP Financial ERP n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Rossignol implemented Cegid Accounting to strengthen centralized financial processing and reporting. Rossignol had been a client of Cegid since 2017 and executed an integration between Cegid Accounting and Cegid Retail Inventory Tracking to digitize mobile in store inventory across its approximately 30 stores. The Cegid Accounting deployment targeted core ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable, inventory valuation and consolidated financial reporting, configured to support retail inventory driven postings and periodic close workflows. Configuration emphasized transaction level traceability from store counts through financial journals, enabling automated posting and centralized period controls. Integration work connected Cegid Retail Inventory Tracking mobile counts into the central accounting ledger so stock status from store operations populated financial reports and supporting journals. Operational coverage included store operations, inventory management teams and the central finance organization, creating a single source for stock visibility and financial reconciliation across sites. Rollout and governance focused on changing store inventory procedures to a mobile first counting process and establishing finance led reporting workflows for inventory valuation and reconciliation, with staged adoption across the store footprint. Reported outcomes included up to 80% time savings on inventory tasks and improved central visibility into store stock levels.

Infor Legacy Infor M3 Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 Rossignol deployed Infor M3 in its Apparel department as a Manufacturing ERP to centralize product interface and inventory workflows. Infor M3 was configured to act as the primary ERP product interface for apparel items, ingesting requirements and inventory-related inputs from the PLM system QuestPDM. The implementation context emphasized aligning product data flows between PLM and ERP to support apparel product management and inventory control. The configuration focused on inventory management and requirements collection, with Infor M3 processing product master data, stock records, and requirement feeds originating from QuestPDM. Standard Manufacturing ERP functional terminology such as product interface, requirement intake, and inventory snapshots was applied to describe the implemented workflows. Automation centered on synchronizing QuestPDM requirement exports with M3 product records to reduce manual reconciliation in the Apparel department. Integration between QuestPDM and Infor M3 served as the core interface for feeding product requirements and inventory snapshots into the Manufacturing ERP, enabling synchronized product data across PLM and ERP. Operational coverage was limited to Rossignol's Apparel department, and user support was organized into first and second level support tiers to handle day to day incidents, interface exceptions, and data quality issues. Governance emphasized support tiering and exception handling procedures for the QuestPDM to Infor M3 product interface rather than a broad enterprise rollout.
