In 2017 Rouge Media implemented ALTO Accounts Payable as its Enterprise Resource Planning application, engaging Innovation Centric Consulting Group for the deployment. The engagement focused on establishing an accounts payable and royalty accounting capability to support the companys finance and campaign operations within its media network.
Configuration work centered on ALTO Accounts Payable modules for invoice and vendor account management, contract and royalty account tracking, and structured data capture for accounting entries. As part of the implementation more than 300 contracts, royalties, and ALTO accounts were entered and tracking sheets were updated, and royalties from over 75 Universities and Colleges were calculated and re entered into the new accounting environment.
Operational coordination extended to campaign and content teams rather than only finance, with weekly digital filler content uploaded to reach Rouge Media Campus, Womens, Mens, and Resto Bar networks across North America. The project included operational workflows that coordinated ALTO Accounts Payable data creation with the cloud based campaign deployment system Ayuda, enabling consistent contact, ALTO account, and royalty account records to be available to campaign operations.
Governance and rollout activities included maintaining tracking sheets for auditability and training for operational users. Three coworkers were trained on Ayuda and on the procedures for uploading viable information when creating new contacts, ALTO accounts, and royalty accounts, establishing process ownership for ongoing accounts payable and royalty administration.
