Laboratorio MK Cosmeticos | Consumer Packaged Goods | 50 | $3M | Dominican Republic | Innovation Centric Consulting Group | ALTO Accounts Payable | AP Automation | 2017 | n/a | In 2017, Laboratorio MK Cosmeticos deployed ALTO Accounts Payable, an Enterprise Resource Planning application, to automate invoice processing for its 50-employee consumer packaged goods operations in the Dominican Republic. The deployment targeted accounts payable and finance workflows to centralize invoice approvals and reduce paper-based routing. ALTO Accounts Payable was configured to provide electronic invoice capture, configurable approval workflows, role-based routing aligned to the company hierarchy, and audit trail functionality. Configuration emphasized workflow flexibility so internal policies and approval hierarchy remained intact while moving approvals from manual to automated processes. Implementation services were provided by Innovation Centric Consulting Group, which orchestrated configuration, user provisioning, and a phased rollout to finance staff and cross-functional approvers. No specific external system integrations were documented, and the operational coverage focused on the finance department and designated internal approvers across the company. Operational outcomes cited in user feedback include getting invoices approved internally in one day and streamlining the invoice approval process without affecting company policies or proper hierarchy. The implementation also presented a common adoption risk, reviewers noted that individual employees experienced different degrees of change when shifting from manual to automated workflows.

Rouge Media | Media | 100 | $9M | Canada | Innovation Centric Consulting Group | ALTO Accounts Payable | AP Automation | 2017 | n/a | In 2017 Rouge Media implemented ALTO Accounts Payable as its Enterprise Resource Planning application, engaging Innovation Centric Consulting Group for the deployment. The engagement focused on establishing an accounts payable and royalty accounting capability to support the companys finance and campaign operations within its media network. Configuration work centered on ALTO Accounts Payable modules for invoice and vendor account management, contract and royalty account tracking, and structured data capture for accounting entries. As part of the implementation more than 300 contracts, royalties, and ALTO accounts were entered and tracking sheets were updated, and royalties from over 75 Universities and Colleges were calculated and re entered into the new accounting environment. Operational coordination extended to campaign and content teams rather than only finance, with weekly digital filler content uploaded to reach Rouge Media Campus, Womens, Mens, and Resto Bar networks across North America. The project included operational workflows that coordinated ALTO Accounts Payable data creation with the cloud based campaign deployment system Ayuda, enabling consistent contact, ALTO account, and royalty account records to be available to campaign operations. Governance and rollout activities included maintaining tracking sheets for auditability and training for operational users. Three coworkers were trained on Ayuda and on the procedures for uploading viable information when creating new contacts, ALTO accounts, and royalty accounts, establishing process ownership for ongoing accounts payable and royalty administration.
